DECATUR, Ga. (AP) — Two witnesses are contradicting testimony from the wife of a slain Georgia man who said she learned of the shooting of her husband at an Atlanta hospital.
Don Sneiderman and Shayna Citron said in court Thursday that Andrea Sneiderman told them her husband had been shot before she arrived at the Atlanta Medical Center.
She had earlier testified that she only found out about Russell Sneiderman’s November 2010 shooting death when she arrived at the hospital.
Andrea Sneiderman’s former boss Hemy Neuman claims he was insane when he gunned down the victim outside a Dunwoody preschool where he dropped off his son. Neuman faces life in prison.
Prosecutors and defense attorneys repeatedly suggested Andrea had an affair with Neuman. She denied the accusations during testimony on Tuesday and Wednesday.
