Reporting Rob Redding

Talk show host, Alison Slade was the special guest on Rob Redding News Review as Rob took a break to go on his book tour. Today, she hit on the debate between Planned Parent Hood and The Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer. Apparently, The Susan G. Koman Foundation has decided to pull back on giving grants to Planned Parenthood because they are being investigated for using their donations to fund abortions. Rumor has it that the real reason why the breast cancer foundation stopped giving money is because politicians said they will “no longer ” support them  if they continued to give money to an organization that performs abortions. However, when questioned about their decision, Komen says  the organization has recently adopted a stricter criteria that bar grants to organizations that are under government investigation. Do you think it’s fair for the government to get involved in how foundations and organizations use their money when the cause is to promote health? Click here to hear what you missed.
