ATLANTA (WAOK/WXIA)-Several people have been reported missing in the Atlanta area since September. Here are three stories. Please contact police if you can help with any of these cases.
Charles Stephen Parker, 25, was last seen at church in Lithonia on Sunday, January 15. Charles’ brother, Patrick said Charles was going to look at some business property he wanted to purchase, because he was planning on starting his own business.
Authorities found Charles’ black 2010 Chrysler 300 on Hoyt Street near College Avenue, Wednesday morning. Some of Charles’ belonging were found and turned into the police. Charles’ wallet and gym bag were also found in another area.
A witness stated they saw Charles in Athens about 4:30 p.m. on Sunday.
“I am trying to be hopeful – that is all I can do,” Kenisha Parker, Charles’ wife said after a Wednesday press conference at the Monroe Police Station. “They have found everything but him. He is the missing piece and all we want is for him to come home.”
Charles works at the Bank of America in Monroe as the asst. branch manager.
Charles is 5’10” tall and weighs 165 pounds. He was wearing a black suit, black tie and white shirt when he left church.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is calling the disappearance of Charles Parker “suspicious.” Anyone with information is asked to call the GBI’s Athens bureau at 706-552-2309.

AFTER ONE MONTH OF SEARCHING FOR ENGLISH THE BODY OF A BLACK WOMAN FOUND IN LAKEWOOD HEIGHTS ON MONDAY JANUARY 23 WAS IDENTIFIED AS STACEY ENGLISH.
English haD been missing for more than three weeks. She was last seen on December 26. Her car was found with it’s engine running in Lakewood several miles from her Buckhead condo in the early morning hours of December 27. A five thousand dollar reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for English’s disappearance. Thirty-five-year-old Shandell McLeod was last seen outside her house located in a quiet suburban neighborhood in Lithonia on the 24th of September, says Detective H. Guest, of Dekalb County Police Department, who is working on the case.
“I just want to give her family closure,” says Det. Guest, who adds that so far they have one main suspect in the McLeod case, “an African-American man called Ricky Noble who was last seen in possession of her car before fleeing from police.”
