Too Much Truth Exclusive: Mother of AppleBee’s Victim Speaks Out

30 year old Christopher Middleton and his friend 30 year old Corey Adams were enjoying the San Francisco 49er’s New Orlean Saints game at the Applebee’s Restaurant in Duluth last weekend when one New Orleans fan took offense to their cheering. Middleton and Adams say the New Orleans Saints fan identified as Donald Aryo argued with the two men, left the restaurant and returned with a gun. Police say Aryo opened fire on Middleton and Adams grazing Adams in the head and shooting Middleton in the stomach. Today Michelle Williams the mother of Christopher Middleton spoke to Derrick Boazman exclusively about her son’s injuries.

What time is the march and protest? When Troy Dell West assaulted the Army reservist, Black folk were instructed by Mr. Boazman to go to the court house and demand justice for the reservist. Are you, Mr. Boazman, demanding the same thing in this case. Or, since it Black on Black crime, it doesn’t rise to the same level as it would if the suspect was White.

I guess we (Black folk) should blame Applebee’s for not calling the police ( although I bet 99% of the patrons in Applebees had cell phones and could have called the police themselves, if they felt their lives in danger) and move on.
