The Tim Tebow era in Denver will continue at least for another year.

VP of football operations John Elway says Tebow has earned the right to be the starting quarterback going into training camp next season.  Elway plans on spending “considerable time” with Tebow in the offseason because there are things he can add.

Tebow went 8-and-5 as a starter this year, including 1-and-1 in the playoffs.

Denver was trounced by New England 45-10 on Sunday.
