ATLANTA (AP)-About 100 new U.S. citizens will participate in a naturalization ceremony at the King Center in Atlanta in honor of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday. The ceremony is planned for Friday at 10 a.m. The guest speaker will be King’s son, Martin Luther King III.

The new citizens come from 46 countries, including Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Jamaica, Togo and Italy. The group even includes people from the tiny island nation of St. Kitts-Nevis and the small African nation of Burundi.
