ATLANTA (WAOK)-Former Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill has been informed that he may be indicted on criminal charges in the near future.

Steve Fry, Hill’s attorney, confirms that Hill has been served with a proposed indictment with possible charges including theft by taking and use of a county credit card while out of town. Victor Hill spoke to Frank and Wanda from our sister station V-103 today to deny the charges and to say who he thinks is behind the investigation.

Hill’s attorney said there would be no formal charges unless a grand jury decided the allegations should be pursued.
