Assistant US Attorney In Georgia Gets National Award
Atlanta (AP) — An executive assistant U.S. attorney from north Georgia has been recognized by the federal Department of Justice for her work in criminal investigations.
Charysse L. Alexander received the director’s award from U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder. Holder said Alexander and the other winners “represent the very best that this department has to offer.”
U.S. attorney Sally Quillian Yates said Alexander helps train Georgia investigators on the policies and practices of the Justice Department.
