ALPHARETTA, Ga. (AP) — Workers at a suburban Atlanta restaurant are cleaning up after a deer crashed through a window at the main entrance, startling employees and customers watching pro football games.
Manager Adam Buckner tells The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the deer smashed through the window right in front of the host stand in the Taco Mac restaurant in Alpharetta. Video from WSB-TV shows stunned workers as the deer breaks the window a few feet from them.
Buckner said the deer left through the patio area moments after entering the restaurant around 3:15 p.m. Sunday.
He said a customer was nicked on the leg by flying glass, but no one else was hurt.
Patrons of the restaurant got more entertainment than expected that day at Taco Mac.
Alpharetta is about 25 miles north of Atlanta.
