Last night the St. Louis Cardinals were looking to take the commanding 3-1 lead in this year’s World Series however the Rangers had other plans as they shut out St. Louis Cardinals 4-0 to even the series.

Rangers manager Ron Washington says he told pitcher Derek Holland what it would take to stay in the game, and Holland conceded the point.

Cardinals manager Tony La Russa says Derek Holland did everything right on the mound for Texas.

Texas hosts Game Five of the best-of-seven series tonight at 8:05 Eastern in Arlington.  The series will then shift back to St. Louis Wednesday for Game Six, and if necessary, Game Seven on Thursday.
