ATLANTA (WAOK)-Results of an autopsy on 19 year old Joetavious Stafford shows three shots to the body. One from the front and two from the back. Stafford was shot to death at the MARTA Vine City station Saturday night by MARTA officer Robert Waldo.

The GBI investigated the shooting after family members said the officer shot Stafford in the back. MARTA officials however continue to assert that Stafford was armed and the officer was justified in the shooting.

According to the AJC: Fulton County Chief Medical Examiner Randy Hanzlick, in a press release, wrote, “There were three gunshot entry wounds. There were no exit wounds and three bullets were recovered. One of the entry wounds was located on the left front chest area, another was on the left side of the mid-back, and the third was near the mid-lower back.
