Hemy Neuman the man accused of murdering Dunwoody father Russell Sneiderman has pleaded not guilty.
Neuman was taken into custody January 4th. Neuman maintains that he is innocent and did not shoot Sneiderman in November. Details about the case continue to surface, including a possible romantic connection between Neuman and the victim’s wife. Neuman’s attorney Doug Peters says his client’s involvement with Andrea Sneiderman has not been confirmed. Peters says that all his client wants is a fair trial, which means the details about his private life will remain confidential.
Neuman has shown great concern for his family since being arrested. Attorney Esther Panich represents Neuman’s family. She says that the family is having a hard time dealing with the situation.
Hemy Neuman’s wife filed for legal separation from her husband earlier this year.
