ATLANTA (AP) A former producer for the late James Brown is taking Brown’s children to federal court. Jacque Hollander is attempting to block a settlement that would include Brown’s children in the disbursement of his estimated 100-million dollar legacy. Hollander claims Brown’s kids are jeopardizing James’ plans to establish a trust for needy children. He also claims the Reverend Al Sharpton is supporting Brown’s children because he hopes to benefit from the settlement as well. Sharpton denies the claim.
