EEOC Under Fire On Powertalk

A few days ago on POWERTALK w/ Lorraine Jacques White, we discussed the issue of “Workplace Bullying“… Well, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), who many of our callers complained about, was listening, and they wanted to come out to address some of the concerns they heard!

Today, the EEOC was in the building answering questions and putting out fires… but some callers tried to keep those fires going! Hear their conversations here:

I really wanted to hear what the late caller had to say and what was the response from the rep from EEOC. I have dealt with EEOC here in my state and have known for the longest time that there standard of age, race, and etc, are old and needs to change not only enforce them but to become current with the times. Not to say it like this but most those agencies are run by women and those women seem to have trouble believing the facts even if they are written down, or proven by there own investigations.

To see how most the callers were either cut while trying to make there points or even over talked by both the ladies, really shows what you are in store for when trying to explain what happened during a time when they feel they have no place to turn.

    And this show proves it!
