Ticket Amnesty Underway in Gwinnett

Atlanta and Dekalb have done it in the past now it’s happening in Gwinnett. Anyone with an outstanding traffic citation in Gwinnett County Recorders Court has until March 31 to pay their fines without added penalties. The amnesty program has been going on since March 1 and allows anyone with a traffic citation to waive the usual $25 bench warrant fee and also have the bench warrant recalled if they pay their fines. You can also receive the appropriate forms to reinstate a suspended driver’s license if it was suspended for failure to appear in court.

Call 770-822-8815 to find out the amount of your citation, your citation number and if you are required to see a judge.
