On today’s POWERTALK w/ Lorraine Jacques White, hard questions were asked as General Russell L. Honore called in to silence debates about U.S. influence and obligation.

“The act of war is the worst kind of act that men can participate in,” states Honore. Mentioning his thoughts and expertise on the U.S. involvement in Libya, he had MUCH to say!

  1. Sarah says:

The US always take a leading role in all counter-offenses…Who else has the bodies and weaponry to do the tasks? All we need is one US soldier to be hurt or taken prisoner, and there will be a ground force invasion…Why should this man leave his country? Did the Iraqis ask for GWB to leave the US after he authorized Iraq to be invaded? If the Libyans want Ghadafi gone, then the people in Libya should do it and not outside forces…I’m very disappointed to here Gen Honore and what he had to say, but that is the typical response to hear from a military man…
