Clayton County Commissioner Wole Ralph was arrested and charged with driving under the influence over the weekend. Atlanta police say Ralph was arrested around 2:30 a.m. Saturday after a red Mustang was observed ”driving recklessly” out of a parking lot in the 1900 block of Metropolitan Parkway in Southwest Atlanta. Police say the vehicle was stopped and Ralph was arrested after a brief struggle. Commissioner Ralph was released after posting a $4,300 bond. Ralph faces charges of DUI, obstruction, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane.
