A new website Spokeo.com knows everything about you.

The site will provide information like your address, age and pictures of your home to anyone for free. For a fee someone can get information on your income, religion, spouse’s name, credit status, and number of people living in your house.  It’s reported that Facebook sent out an email warning its users about the site, stating it “exposes your personal information”. According to Better Business Bureau spokesperson Michael Boynton the site is not new, which means sometimes they use old information.

People can opt not to have their personal information displayed by finding their profile at spokeo.com, copying the URL, clicking the privacy link at the bottom of the page and pasting the URL link into the provided field.
