It has now been three months since Phylicia Barnes disappeared while visiting her older half-siblings for the holidays in Baltimore.  Barnes, is from Monroe, North Carolina, about 25 miles southeast of Charlotte.   Since then, all calls to her cell phone have gone straight to voicemail,  and she hasn’t used her ATM card. The FBI is helping with the case but “Powertalk” spoke with Phylicia’s father Russell Barnes who lives in Atlanta to get his first hand account of his daughter’s disappearance.
