Councilwoman Knows How It Feels to be a Victim

Atlanta City Councilwoman Cleta Winslow becomes victim of crime.

Winslow happened to be at a meeting over the weekend on how to cut down on crime when police say four juveniles broke into her home and got away with a plasma tv and other personal items.  However, the councilwoman is not complaining about the irony.

Shortly after the burglary, police spotted the suspected getaway car and when they approached it the young suspects tried to getaway. The stolen contents of Winslow’s home were in the car, which was also stolen.

The criminals, two 14-year-olds and two 15-year-olds were arrested and charged with auto theft and burglary.

Since they have sticky fingers and like to steal, I say send them all to juvenille and let them do some real work for pennies on the dollar…These children are getting out of hand, I could see if they were stealing food because they were homeless and hungry, but a plasma TV? No excuse…It’s a good thing they were caught before they either destroyed or sold her property…

Surely that is one of her pictures from the 50s.
