The DEA is looking to hire Ebonics translators!

The Drug Enforcement Agency is seeking translators that are fluent in African American Vernacular English or EBONICS. According to an article in Forbes Magazine, The DEA has contacted several translation service companies to help them to find 9 individuals in the southeast region who can help them in several of their investigations.

Anybody want the job?

its generational and regional dialect ~ and depending on the region and the age. They didn’t want to teach our kids in the dialect they speck to show how smart they are ~ now they need a translator and the average black kid i know can’t get a job specking in his comfort zone…. I gotta make sure the little thugs in my family reads Forbes and let them know its time to use Standard English
