So the Peachtree Road Race happens on Sunday and I want to make sure you follow these tips.
Remember that race day is not the day to try the NEWS!
New shoes or New food…
My running coach Jeff Galloway says don’t eat too much food the night before the big race.
For newer runners be sure to start the race at a slower pace, if you conserve your energy during the first half of a race, you can finish strong.
Be sure to pick up water at the hydration stations to ensure that you remain hydrated.
Most importantly enjoy yourself and run strong!
