Mel B former Spice Girl knows the importance of moving your body to lose weight. Mel says she gained 75 pounds a few years ago when she was pregnant and lost the weight just before she became a contestant on “Dancing With The Stars.” Now the British singer is the host of a show helping others to lose weight….She begins the second season tonight as host of  “Dance Your Ass Off.”
