dekalb1 One Week Left...Don't Miss Out!

Got a ticket? Read on……

Did you miss the news that Dekalb County is offering amnesty on fines and penalties associated with traffic tickets? Well in case you did (you can thank me later) I am posting this before it is too late.   The county Recorders Court is offering an amnesty program until April 30 that waives warrant fees and reduces contempt fees.

Amnesty means if you received a traffic citation in DeKalb during the past several years and failed to attend your scheduled court date, you can pay the fine only.

The Recorders Court is locted at 3630 Camp Circle in Decatur. (Not far from the Dekalb County Jail on Memorial Drive) The court is open 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and 8 a.m.-6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

April 30 is the deadline!

  1. Angela Hutchinson says:

What if you miss the deadline with ALL the LONG LINES. Can I still send payment in.
